We handle exportation, importation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, RORO and full container shipment. We ship to destinations across the globe. Over the years we have built direct relationships with carriers, agents and port handlers in a large number of countries, which is how we keep transit times and costs sensible. Tell us the origin and destination and we will confirm routing, sailing schedule and price.

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed we issue a tracking ID. Enter it in the shipment tracker at the top of any page and you will see the current status of your cargo. Our support team is also on hand 24/7 if you want an update directly.
RORO stands for roll-on roll-off. The vehicle or wheeled machinery is driven straight onto the vessel rather than being packed into a container, then driven off at the destination port. It is usually the cheaper and simpler option for cars, vans, trucks, trailers, tractors and plant machinery that runs and steers. If the vehicle does not run, or you want it shipped alongside personal effects, a container is normally the better route. We can price both and tell you which makes more sense.
We do. Our brokerage service covers the export and import declarations, the documentation and the liaison with customs authorities so your goods arrive fully cleared. Getting paperwork wrong is the single most common cause of delays and storage charges at port, so it is worth letting us handle it from the start rather than after a hold notice lands.
Completelog is a fully insured company and your shipment is handled under our cover throughout the move. For high value goods we recommend taking out marine cargo insurance on the declared value as well, and we can arrange that when you book. Ask us about it before your cargo is loaded rather than after.
